I am obsessed with bread making now and ready to move on to something more challenging. I fell in love with sourdough bread years ago on my travels in the States in fact San Francisco is where I had my first piece of sourdough bread. I just adore the natural tanginess of the bread with the added bonus of a crunchy crust. Of course like all good things it takes time and patience by creating the starter and where I begin my journey. Tomorrow I will get the starter ready then wait to make my first loaf in a week or so.
