Pancakes easy tummy filler with little ingredients and minimum of fuss.
1 -1/2 cups high grade flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup milk
Whisk eggs and sugar add flour and salt. Keep whisking with milk until no lumps and runny consistency.
Hot greased pan.
Cook until pancakes are golden brown.
Garnish with fruit and yogurt.
