If you are a true Pig Islander you will have your own tried and true recipe. But for everyone else here is my rendition.
Thin sliced white bread
Spread with cheese mixture
Cheese mixture: grated tasty cheese, a dash of Worchester
hot water to mix,it should be still semi lumpy but spreadable. Then spread onto bread then roll them quickly. Put on a tray and bake until golden brown and cheese starts to ooze. Moderate oven 180 degrees.
The grand finale and you cannot have a cheese roll without the dob of butter to serve. Bon Apetite
